ABOUT
Portland’s Plan 2040, also known as a comprehensive plan, is a long-term vision and roadmap that guides a municipality's decisions about growth, investment, and community priorities, helping to shape the future of the city over the next decade. Portland’s current comprehensive plan, called Portland’s Plan 2030, was adopted nearly ten years ago. As our city grows, we need an updated plan that reflects these changing trends. Portland’s Plan 2040 will rely on direct input from residents, businesses, and civic organizations. Get involved and share your vision today!
